  • What type of animals do you treat?

    We mainly will treat the following types of animals; dogs, cats, horses, goats and cows.

  • What is your payment policy?

    Payment is due in full at the time of services. We currently accept cash, checks and credit cards.

  • As a mobile vet, are there any services which you can't offer?

    At this time as a mobile vet practice we are unable to perform in-depth surgeries, dentals (for dogs and cats) and critical care hospitalization.

  • What if my pet has behavioral or aggression issues?

    As a common courtesy for the safety of our staff and so that we can be as prepared as possible to help your appointment go smoothly, we ask that you give us advance notice of any behavioral issues or aggressive tendencies that your pet may have. Additionally, an owner must be willing to place a muzzle on their dog or cat if requested by our staff. This promotes an environment where all people and animals remain safe and stress free.

  • What do I do in case of an emergency?

    We try our very best to provide emergency care to established clients and patients. In the scenario where we cannot reach you in time or if you cannot get a hold of us, we recommend contacting the following emergency clinics:

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?

    We kindly ask that you provide us with at least a 48 hour notice prior to cancelling your appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior is subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

  • Can you fill prescription medications from your mobile practice?

    We have a selection of some common medications available at the time of your mobile visit. For any other prescription needs we will direct you to our online pharmacy which is linked through our website or Chewy.com

  • How frequently should my pet be seen?

    We recommend that your pet or farm animal be seen at least once per year. At this time we can perform a routine wellness exam to ensure your pet is and remains healthy as well as update any annual vaccinations that may be needed. We believe that prevention through routine care is the best medicine.

  • Can we bring our pet to you?

    At this time we are 100% mobile which means we will to come to your home to provide veterinary care. Let us take away the stress of bringing your pet into the vet and instead bring the vet to you where your pet is most comfortable!
